Most Commonly Asked Questions
Classes:
All the information you'll need is available via our website, but if you're new to any of these practices, are rusty or are perhaps looking to build on your foundations, then please get in touch & we can make suggestions for you.
Equipment & Guidelines:
For in person classes, please bring your own mat, water & any props you’re likely to need. We ask everyone to wear a mask in the public areas (unless you’re exempt), to scan in on arrival, sanitise & to follow the one-way system. We have lockers for your valuables, & ask that phones are turned off when the class is running.
Accessing Live-Stream classes:
All our Live-Stream classes are launched via Zoom. A link will be sent to you by email around 5-15 minutes before each class starts.
Accessing On-Demand classes:
All On-Demand classes are available via our On-Demand library, just click on the link for your chosen class. A separate pop-up window will open in your browser. Some pop-ups may be blocked by your browser, so you may need to re-set your settings.
PARKING
We have a small car park behind our building. We ask everyone to pull in as tightly as possible & to park bumper to bumper (like a car-boot sale). If you’re blocking anyone in, please can you check they’re in the same class as you.
There is a large car park in County Hall diagonally opposite us. Access is via St Anne’s Crescent. It can be busy during office hours, but is free after 5pm. It’s around £1/day on Saturdays & Free on Sundays. Click HERE for a map.
Pricing Options
If you’re new to Soulfit, we highly recommend you start with our £30/30-Day Intro offer. This allows you to try as many classes as you like during the 30-consecutive day period. During this time you’ll get an idea of which classes & teaches are best for your needs. It’ll also allow you to try something you may not have considered before.
After this time, you can choose whichever pricing option fits with your needs – from drop-in & card passes through to unlimited monthly subscriptions.. Head to our PRICES page to learn more.
TREATMENT ROOM
We have wonderfully relaxing treatment room offering a range of treatments from our highly qualified therapists. Visit our TREATMENT ROOM page to learn more.
Bookings can be made online or by emailing treatments@wearesoulfit.com. Do get in touch if you need any assistance or help finding the right therapist for you. After booking you will receive a confirmation email and payment link. We ask that all treatments are paid for 24 hours in advance. Please arrive ten minutes before your appointment start time.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to attend your appointment it can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours in advance by contacting us at treatments@wearesoulfit.com / 01273 009509. Failure to attend or cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will incur full payment.
