Join our Yoga Retreats this year 

at Hawthbush Farm, East Sussex

June & September 2020.

Following the success of last year's 

retreat, we'll be back at this unique & luxurious location with Shay Grant, Cherry Bennalick & Gyles Abbott.  

Expect beautiful, nourishing yoga; running & fitness sessions (if you want them); delicious, vegetarian food; gong sound bath & lots of other beautiful treats to help you relax, recharge & restore.

Boxfit is back

You just need to hear the laughter pouring out of our fitness studio during these sessions to know why they're so popular.  So many people repeat book month after month because Gyles knows how to help you build strength, burn calories, relieve stress... and make it great fun while you're at it.

It's so important to us - if you enjoy exercising, you'll stick at it.

This was so popular when we ran it in September, we've decided to launch it again this January - with a new spin. 

Can you fit in 30-classes in 30 days? Anyone who manages 15-classes will 

receive a raffle ticket for our grand draw. For every additional class, you'll get an extra raffle ticket.  And yes, there will be a leader-board!

Flexible memberships & payment options

We've always been as flexible & personable as possible with our payment options - which is why community & donation based classes are so important to us.

If you're new to Soulfit, our £20 for 14-day introductory offer (do as many classes as you like) is the perfect way to explore our schedule before settling into your go-to’s... (and banking a few extras, just for the sheer pleasure of it all). 

You can then bag your First month for £50 - that's unlimited dance & yoga at your fingertips.  If you haven't taken advantage of this yet - just head to reception to make your purchase.

Hannah's Cafe

We're so unbelievably excited that Hannah will be launching her new cafe at Soulfit on 7th January.

She's been busy collaborating with lots of gorgeous, local businesses and testing all sorts of delicious recipes. Expect her usual, speciality coffee (courtesy of Girls Who Grind), her beautiful soaked oats, energy balls & 'Lewes-famous' flapjacks; plus some more filling items which she'll be sharing with you very soon - believe us, you're in for a treat!

Hannah completely adds to the great vibe we have at Soulfit.  And you don't have to be doing classes to enjoy the cafe, so do please step along to support her x

Our Top 5 ways to get a better night's sleep this year

You know this already, but it's so easy to let bad habits prevent us 

from getting a good night's sleep.  We have so many positive intentions, but if we don't prioritise a good night's sleep, our fitness, performance & mental health will suffer.  

Here are our top 5 tips to aiding a better nights sleep this year:

Avoid stimulants such as coffee from mid-afternoon

- Relax before you go to bed i.e. stretch, read, have a hot bath

- Dim the lights prior to going to bed

- Keep off mobiles/laptops prior to and when in bed

- Invest in a clock that slowly brightens in the mornings, we like lumie.com
